To ensure the safety of all children, including those with food allergies, during Kids’ Church activities, we ask parents/guardians to inform staff of any food allergies their child may have. We will make every effort to avoid serving foods containing common allergens. However, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If your child has a severe allergy, please provide a safe snack for them. In the event of an allergic reaction, emergency contact information should be readily available, and staff are trained to administer first aid if necessary.
To ensure the safety and security of all children at Kids’ Church, we implement a strict check-in and check-out policy. Upon arrival, parents/guardians must check their child in at the designated registration area. A unique identification number will be assigned to each child, and a matching security tag will be given to the parent/guardian. When picking up their child, parents/guardians must present the security tag to the staff member, who will verify the child’s identity and release them to the authorized adult. In the event of an emergency, staff will contact parents/guardians using the information provided during the check-in process.
